The LINEFINDER™ is our patent pending, versatile solution for permanently identifying customer drops. The system consists of a Hand Held Programmer/Reader and a remote LINEFINDER™. Once programmed and installed in the drop, the LINEFINDER™ can always be interrogated from the tap to identify the unit requiring service.The LINEFINDER™ provides technicians the ability to identify a drop directly from the tap. This allows for quicker and more efficient installs and effortless disconnects - even if the customer is not at home or is unwilling to grant access to the residence.
